About Us
My Story
In mid 2013 because of the passing of my last grandparent, my parents needed help in executing the first of a few 1031 exchanges. Since the early 70’s, my parents have been involved with commercial properties. Managing, flipping and developing were all things that I had been exposed to since a young age. So when my parents asked for my help I felt comfortable in spearheading the project.
What I did not realize at the time is how much I would enjoy it. It was rush of endorphins! So much so I helped my parents purchase 40,000 square feet in the Chicago area. My aha moment was when talking to one of my foreign accounts I told him why I was extra busy. Turns out that he too was wanting to invest in United States Real Estate. With all of my contacts I helped him purchase a commercial strip center in Dallas, Texas.
